The aircraft stopped landing due to strong crosswinds

A strong side wind forced the pilot of a passenger liner “Swiss A320” to stop landing at Amsterdam airport Schiphol on Sunday. In the video, the aircraft tries to land, but his rock fierce gusts of wind. The plane sways from side to side when it touches the runway and at some point it seems that the ship will roll onto its side.

Although many people think that the video captures almost the incident a disaster, pilots are taught to land in a crosswind and to perform a maneuver called the “fit production line”, if you sit at the correct angle impossible. Fortunately, the plane landed safely 10 minutes after the incident on the same runway.

The Netherlands is one of countries that battered the storm Angus at the weekend. A strong wind was observed in France, Belgium and the Netherlands.
