Arizona decoded the ancient solar calendar

In Arizona, an ancient calendar dating back more than 900 years was found and deciphered. On the rock more than 1000 petroglyphs are embossed. It is established that these signs served to track the solar cycle.

These symbols were painted by the people of Sinagua, who inhabited America before the time of Columbus. It’s amazing that such a large-scale artifact was discovered only in our time.

Scientists could not figure out what symbols mean. However, then noticed that at different times of the year and the day the sun gives off different icons, thus showing what date it is and how long. Realizing this, experts were able to find the points of solstice, equinox and other important phenomena.
