Bronze sword with a length of 82 cm was discovered by Amateur archaeologists near the Danish city Sobelle. The artifact was found by metal detector in a field on the island of Zealand. The sword was found at a depth of about 30 cm.
Arrived on the scene, archaeologists have extracted from the earth a sword, which, according to experts, was still sharp. The length of the blade of the sword was 67 cm
Scientists dated the find 1100 – 900 BCE the Sword will be exhibited in the Museum of the city of Kalundborg 7 September.
