An unusually strong ice drift on the Kozhim River in the Subpolar Urals

Employees Intinsky branch of the National Park “Yugyd Va” videotaped an unusually strong ice drift on the Kozhim River in the Subpolar Urals. On the river, a real “tsunami” was formed from large volumes of water and ice.

Kozhim is a river in the Republic of Komi (urban district of Inta), the right tributary of the Kos’yu River (the Pechora Basin).
