The configuration of the region of very warm weather corresponds to the location of the high anticyclone. Along with the thermal component (a strong warm-up in conditions of cloudy weather and long bright time) a significant contribution to the anomaly is made by the dynamic factor. The geopotential considerably exceeds the norm.
