If possible, limit physical activity;
In the period of severe dust use respiratory protection (masks, respirators, etc.), which should be moistened to enhance their action;
Isolate with wet cloth window and door openings, if possible, use air conditioners.
Daily wet cleaning is necessary;
If possible, wash the nasal cavity and mouth as often as possible;
In case of symptoms of acute illness or malaise (weakness, dizziness, signs of dyspnea, cough, insomnia), you should immediately consult a doctor.

The department specified that the radiation background on the territory of the region is within the limits of hygienic standards.

Annunciators are concerned about the air condition in the Amur capital. The pink color of the atmosphere, sand on the windowsills, shortness of breath and poor visibility are just a small list of complaints from the citizens.

– Now we have a series of cyclones, they will act for some time. These cyclones open up access to the south-west air streams to the territory of the Amur Region. And in the south-west of the Amur area there are deserts. Tons of sand, dust is transported from the Gobi Desert to us like these streams, – said Elena Pechkina, Deputy Director of the Amur State Hydrometeorological Service.
