Canada has been hit by heavy snowfalls

The city of Newfoundland, located off the Atlantic coast of Canada, was covered with snow. the height of the snow cover reaches 40 centimeters, which was an unpleasant surprise for residents and public service employees who did not expect this during the late spring.

The authorities abolished classes in schools, traffic on roads was paralyzed. There was an agiotage demand for shovels and in the queues the residents discuss the vagaries of nature with amazement, “Is it almost summer?”

The blizzard was accompanied by hurricane gusts of wind speed of up to 80 km and a drop in temperature to minus 2 degrees. This winter came to Canada in late May.
