Hundreds of pink flamingos died in Cuba due to hurricane “Irma”

Most of the birds were affected on the island of Cayo Coco. Pink flamingos have always been a symbol of the resort. Hundreds of thousands of tourists come to the central part of Cuba every year to see them. In their honor the main beach of the island was earlier named.
