In Jiangxi province, a lightning strike killed one person. In three cities, 220 people were evacuated, 243 people needed shelter and food.
In Hunan Province, bad weather forced 1.4 thousand people to leave their homes. Due to incessant rains, the risk of floods increased.
As previously reported, the first wave of floods this year in the Indian state of Assam affected 60 thousand people.
