The weather in France has been changeable in recent weeks, but no one expected to see snow on April 30. Many residents of the northern French Normandy region woke up in the morning and found that the roofs and cars were covered with snow.
The bars of thermometers have dropped almost to zero in many regions of the region. The coldest was in the departments of the Ayr and the Seaside Seine.
In the city of Rouen, because of the chilling wind, the air temperature felt like -5 degrees. Snow fell a little – on average a couple of centimeters, but amazed residents placed on social networks the best pictures and videos of an unexpected snowfall.
