The death toll from the cold while climbing to the volcano, Acatenango in Guatemala has risen to six people. Earlier it was reported about the death of at least three tourists.
Two tour group went to the volcano on the morning of last Saturday, but then the temperature fell sharply, and came a strong wind that disrupted the established tents.
Among the victims were two athletes from the national athletics Association of Guatemala, Jaheira Roldan and Lucia Sanchez. While aware of two people rescued, operation with the local rescue services continues.
