On May 10, the minimum daily temperature records were beaten: in Sweden: Stockholm (-4.7); In Germany: Cologne (-1.4); In the Czech Republic: Prague (-1.9); In Slovakia: Bratislava (0.1); In Austria: Vienna (0.8); In Poland: Krakow (-1.6); In Estonia: Tallinn (-3.7); In Belarus: Vitebsk (-2.4), Mogilev (-3.3), Bobruisk (-3.6), Brest (-0.9), Gomel (-0.7); In Ukraine: Chernigov (0.9), Rivne (-2.0), Lviv (-1.6), Uzhgorod (-1.6); In Russia: Kingisepp (-4.2), Kaliningrad (-0.7), Vladimir (-1.6), Eagle (0.8), Yelets (0.7).
