The number of people affected by the earthquake with a force of 5.1 points in Iran was 51 people. The shocks occurred in the town of Sere-Polye-Zahab (Kermanshah province) on the evening of January 6 at a depth of 8 km.
“Rescuers immediately went to the scene,” said local emergency service director Reza Makhmudian.
