The strongest downpour caused a flood in Germany

The strongest rain, accompanied by the fall of the hail, the federal state of North Rhine-Westphalia. Several cities were practically flooded, and the city storm sewers could not cope with the amount of water, as a result of which from the hatches of underground communications, real fountains of rainwater were beating.

The main impact of the elements fell on the German cities of Wuppertal, Aachen and the Euskirchen district.
