Hot weather a couple of days ago in Michurinsk was the calm before the storm. In the afternoon the city was struck by torrential rain with hail and gusty heavy wind.
Roads turned into streams of mud and sand mixed with debris. Due to the lack of storm sewers streets and numerous plots of land from residents of the “bottom” was completely flooded.
