Tropical Storm “Pakkhar” formed over the Philippine Sea

The tropical storm Pakkhar was formed over the Philippine Sea, east of the island of Luzon (Philippines). The wind speed in the epicenter reaches 72 km / h, with gusts up to 96 km / h. The tropical cyclone moves in the north-west direction and in the next few hours will reach the Philippine island of Luzon. According to forecasts, the tropical cyclone “Pakkhar” will enter the South China Sea on August 26 and continue to the southern regions of China.
