Victims of a powerful flood in India were no fewer than 17 people

During the week, at least 17 people were killed in the flooded areas of northeastern India. The most powerful impact of the elements affected the states of Assam, Mizoram and Tripura.

The powerful monsoon rains that hit the region led to a sharp rise in water in the rivers and caused numerous landslides. At least 425,000 people were at the mercy of the elements.

To accommodate the refugees, the local authorities organized camps for temporary accommodation, people affected by the disaster are assisted.
