Well-known company Lockheed Martin, which deals with aircraft construction, aerospace engineering and shipbuilding, has created a multifunctional tool for helping workers to perform physical activities.
The tool was called Fortis Tool Arm. In fact, this is a simplified version of the industrial exoskeleton Fortis. The Fortis Tool’s hand allows workers to use heavy tools weighing up to 23 kilograms, even at uncomfortable angles for a long time without much stress and fatigue. With the help of an exoskeleton, you can redirect the weight of a heavy instrument from the body of the worker directly to the body of the exoskeleton.
