German engineers presented a prototype of a two-seater electric plane with vertical take-off and landing. The model was named Lilium.
At the moment, the company is also working on creating a five-seat version of the aircraft for use as a flying taxi.
In the mode of horizontal flight, the cruising speed of Lilium is about 300 km / h. The range of flight is 320 km. Lilium is fully electric. It has 36 fans.
The cost of the aircraft is not disclosed yet, but it is reported that Lilium can be ordered by the end of 2018.
