In the valley of the Jordan River discovered a vessel with an age of more than 7 thousand years

A team of researchers from Israel and Germany discovered a unique earthen vessel in the Jordan Valley that can be over 7.2 thousand years old.

It is assumed that the vessel was used to store food.

The find was made on the archaeological site of Tel-Tzaf during excavations under the guidance of Professor Danny Rosenberg of the Institute of Archeology named after. Tsinman in Haifa University and Dr. Florian Klimshi of the German Archaeological Institute of Berlin.
