US Army conducted field tests of exoskeleton

The US Army demonstrated field tests of a combat exoskeleton. According to available information, the device developed by Lockheed Martin is called ONYX. It is assumed that thanks to innovation, military personnel will be able to travel long distances.

The novelty weighs 6.4 kg, and its working time is from 8 to 16 hours. The exoskeleton adapts itself to the movements of a person and determines with what weight and on what terrain it moves. Also, the device helps with ascent and descent from the hills.
