Over Norway exploded meteorite

There was a video showing a massive explosion of the meteorite over Norway. This event took place on 4 December and the statement of the astronomers is a meteorite from a stream geminid that is associated with the asteroid 3200 Phaethon (1983 TB).

(3200) Phaethon is a small near-earth asteroid from the Apollo group, which belongs to a rare spectral class B. Asteroid interesting is extremely unusual elongated orbit, which in the process of its motion around the Sun it crosses the orbits of all four terrestrial planets from mercury to Mars. It is interesting that it fits close enough to the Sun, so it was named in honor of the hero of the Greek myth of Phaethon, the son of the sun God Helios.
