The female’s nine-meter body was found on the beach south of Felixstowe in Suffolk. Earlier in the mouth of the river Or was found the body of a young minke whale. Another dead whale was found in the coastal waters off Harvich, in the county of Essex. Local experts believe that all three whales were from one flock.
