In the Urals in the area of Pervouralsk (Russia) on a lake in the mountains Saw, fishermen caught an unusual fish with two tails.
The fishermen said that this is a common carp, but he had two tails. One tail is a continuation of the fish’s body, and the second looks like a bone on the side.
It is interesting that two tails do not interfere with the fish safely swim and to hunt successfully.
Looks like a teratoma from inbreeding. Commonly happens when populations decrease and genetic diversity is threatened.
