In Alaska there was a gas leak from an underwater pipeline

Off the coast of Alaska was a gas leak from an underwater pipeline. The incident happened in cook’s Bay a few kilometers from the coastline. It is noted that leakage is not eliminated, and to date, the gas continues to flow, and this has been going on for ten days.

To eliminate breakage prevents floating ice, which does not allow divers to approach close to the leak. The pipeline is located at a depth of 10 kilometers.

It is also reported that there is an environmental threat. The cause of the incident is unknown.
