A powerful lightning strike struck a high-voltage power line in the suburbs of the capital of the Congo, Brazzaville, resulting in two cables of a high-voltage line falling to the ground, resulting in the death of 20 people.
One cable fell on a residential building, three died there. The second one was flooded with water after rains, 17 people died there.
