A severe storm hit the south-east of France

Strong storms, accompanied by downpours with hail, caused serious damage to the departments of Ron and En in France.

Firefighters made calls at least 350 times, mostly in the areas of Bourg-en-Bresse and Pont-de-Vél. As a result of difficult weather conditions without electricity, there were 16 thousand houses in 25 cities of the Department of En. Strong wind knocked many trees, in a number of settlements, the roofs of buildings were torn down.

In places a hail the size of a golf ball passed, damaging cars and garden furniture.
