Along the coast of the Philippines there was an earthquake of magnitude 7.2. This was reported by the US Geological Survey.
It is noted that the epicenter of the tremors was 42 km south-west of the city of Glan and 116 km south-east of the city of Coronadal. The hearth of the earthquake lay at a depth of 10 km.
At present, data on destruction and casualties have not been received.
