In the Bryansk region more than 18 thousand people remained without electricity from-for falling of trees on power lines caused by severe wind and rain.
According to preliminary data, in the area off were more than 5,900 homes. In the Main Department of EMERCOM of Russia in Bryansk region deployed operational headquarters on liquidation of consequences of the natural disaster.
