Earthquake in Italy caused panic among the population

Earthquake in Northern Italy a magnitude of 4.0 was felt in the area between Liguria and Tuscany.

The quake struck in the afternoon (at 16:37 local time). The epicenter of the earthquake was located in the Eastern part of Liguria in Santo Stefano di Magra, where the population is in a panic ran out from their homes.

The earthquake was also felt in the cities of La Spezia, Sarzana, Aulla, Pontremoli, Fivizzano, Carrara, Massa, even in Genoa, Lucca and Pisa. The hypocenter of the earthquake was only 8.8 km, so it was very superficial and for this reason, very noticeable. Fortunately, information on casualties or damage as a result of underground cataclysm has not been received.
