Flood in Kentucky, United States

From the floods, the southeastern parts of Kentucky were severely affected. In the districts of Harlan, Bell, Knox, Letcher and Floyd, as well as the town of Pineville declared an emergency situation. Many roads are flooded.

Over the past few days in the region there have been abundant precipitation, so in Harlan County 127 mm of precipitation fell. About 100 people were forced to leave their homes.
