Flooding in Indonesia

In the district of Bojonegoro the Indonesian province of East Java, floods affected 96 villages. According to the National Directorate for elimination of consequences of natural disasters over the banks of the Solo river flooded extensive residential areas and rice fields. In some places the flood level is 0.5-1 m. Floods are observed in 15 districts.

The water level in the river Solo rose to 14.82 m and is expected to continue to rise until the maximum 15,30 m. Under water can be 146 villages in 16 districts.
