In the southern Philippine province of Sarangani, after heavy rains, two rivers emerged from the shores. As a result, several areas were flooded. Local authorities evacuated about 150 people.
The flood resulted in the death of a 29-year-old man. Also, water damaged or destroyed several buildings. It is expected that the cold atmospheric front will bring down heavy rains on the Visayas and the island of Mindanao.
