Floods and landslides in Colombia

Heavy rain has hit several Colombian departments in recent days, causing floods and landslides that have killed at least three people and injured hundreds of residents, according to the Civil Defense.

Three victims died after heavy downpours that caused a landslide in Florence, Caqueta department.

Flood waters swept through parts of the Cundinamarca department, while more than 70 people were injured as severe weather damaged their homes in El Rosal municipality.

Between April 1 and April 5, two separate landslides in the city damaged four houses and injured at least 35 people.
