Heat waves in the South of Russia

Today July 17, 2016, in the Central, Eastern Ukraine and southern Russia are expected to abnormally high temperatures, which reach their peak. Maximum temperature ( probably the highest this year) there will be anywhere from +38 to +45 degrees.

Monday, 18 July 2016, the temperature will gradually decrease. “Hot spots” over the territory of Ukraine and Russia will begin to break down (see video).

Temperature above +30 in the South of Russia will hold up to 20-21 July 2016, after which heat is completely gone.

Next week in Ukraine, Belarus and ETR is expected strong and very heavy rains, thunderstorms, local hail and squalls.

To be clear, heavy and very heavy precipitation is expected in two Russian capitals: St. Petersburg ( 18-19 July 2016) and Moscow ( there are heavy rains should be expected from 18 to 21 July 2016).

In the Rostov region yesterday, July 16, in the shade temperature reached +40 in the sun to +45 degrees.
