There may be wire breaks, problems with power supply, communications, traffic and flights of aircraft, reports RIA Novosti.
On a 12-point Beaufort scale, if the wind speed is 103-117 kilometers per hour, this is a violent storm (11 points) that causes great damage. If the wind speed exceeds 117 kilometers per hour, it is a hurricane (12 points, the maximum wind force) that can cause devastating damage.
