In Primorye announced a storm warning due to approaching storm cyclone. As the press service of EMERCOM in the region, with displacement of an active cyclone near the coast of Primorsky Krai, in the period 16 and 17 June in most of the region heavy rains.
12 hours may fall to 50 millimeters of precipitation. The rains will be accompanied by strong wind — 15-20 meters per second. On the rivers of the region are expected to rise water levels of up to 0.5 meters. “The exit of the river banks is not expected”, — said in the MOE.
Local residents at the time of bad weather rescuers is recommended to take measures to ensure their own safety and to keep the property. They offer to temporarily refrain from the use of vehicles and not to leave the settlements.
At the time of the passage of the cyclone, tourists are recommended to refuse from trips. It is especially dangerous to go to remote and coastal areas, and places with mountain rivers, warned in the MOE.
