In the Antarctic, 91 volcanoes

Scientists from Edinburgh University discovered a cluster of 91 volcanoes located two kilometers below the level of the ice cover of Antarctica. The height of the largest of them is 4 kilometers.

Scientists believe that this is the largest concentration of volcanoes on Earth.

However, the discovery of the ridge aroused fears among scientists, since it is not known how the eruption of one of them can affect the glaciers.
