In the area where a powerful earthquake with magnitude 7.3 occurred recently with an epicenter on the border between Iran and Iraq, the ground level rose by 90 centimeters.
Such data was published by Japanese seismologists based on data from satellites. At the same time, near the epicenter, the earth sagged by 30 centimeters.
The earthquake occurred on November 12 and as a result of the impact of the disaster more than 600 people were killed and more than 7,000 were injured, hundreds of thousands of buildings were destroyed, and infrastructure was damaged.
