The weather gave a shocking surprise to the residents of the Irkutsk region, where on August 9, snow fell unexpectedly.
In different parts of the Irkutsk region on Wednesday raging bad weather. It is reported that in the evening a powerful shower hit the regional capital, literally turning the streets of the city into one big lake in 30 minutes.
At the same time, in Bayandayevsky district, 100 kilometers from Irkutsk, snow was falling. Local residents say that literally the day before in the region was completely different weather – the heat to +32 degrees.
