Lightning strikes in Bangladesh this afternoon killed four people, including three children.
The victims have been identified as Rabiul Islam, 26, Al Amin, 12, Lili Khatun Khushi, 10, and Shahida Khatun, 11.
Locals said that Rabiul Islam was struck by lightning while walking to bring the cattle home, and Al Amin was struck while picking mangoes at about 3:30 p.m., causing both to die at the scene. Khushi and Shahida were struck by lightning while picking mangoes in the orchard. They died on the spot.
