A forest fire threatens residential buildings near Athens. Fire covers the hills near the town of Kallithea. It is 35 kilometers southeast of the capital.
On the site there are more than 70 firemen and 30 special vehicles. Five helicopters help extinguish the air.
According to forecasts, the wind will not subside and can inflate the fire even more.
