On the island of Mindanao, a tropical storm “Tembin” collapsed (in the Philippines – “Screw”). The wind speed in the epicenter is 72 km / h, with gusts up to 96 km / h.
Under forecasts of meteorologists, the cyclone will bring down torrential rains and a strong wind to the island of Mindanao. In connection with the approach of the elements on the island, a storm warning was announced. Local residents are asked to take all precautions. Abundant precipitation can cause flooding and landslides.
The tropical cyclone moves westward at a speed of 21 km / h, it will pass over the Philippine islands of Mindanao and Palawan and in a few days may reach the south of Vietnam.
