Recorded the highest temperature in the Eastern hemisphere

In the city of Maribo in Kuwait and Basra in Iraq last week was recorded the highest temperature in the Eastern hemisphere. The temperature is recorded at two points in the middle East, could become the highest in the world in the history of modern meteorology.
