Frost will come in a very large number of regions of the European part of the country: Novgorod, Leningrad and Pskov oblasts in the North-West, as well as Tver, Smolensk, Ivanovo, Kostroma and Moscow region even in the center of the country.
The strong cold snap is expected in the night of Wednesday, up to -4 degrees in the North West and -2 — in the Moscow region.
