The opening ceremony of the festival of the TRP in Vladimir was interrupted by the raging elements. The stadium dropped large hail. Spectators and participants of the festival were taken to the stands of the premises.
By seven o’clock in the stadium had already gathered all the participants, and this, by the way, 700 people representing the sports school of the 71-th region of the country. The weather was bad, but to the last hoped for a miracle.
Once past the spectators managed to ride pass the bikers and gymnasts, there was a heavy downpour with hail. Some of the hailstones were the size of a chicken egg.
