Volcano Kluchevskoy threw a column of ash

The volcano Klyuchevskoy erupting in Kamchatka threw a column of ash 6 kilometers high above sea level.

The ash cloud spread more than 50 kilometers in the north-north-west direction from the volcano. Ash falls in the settlements of the peninsula were not recorded.

The Klyuchevskoy volcano is one of the highest active volcanoes in Eurasia. His eruption began on April 3, 2016.
