US Air Force Training Command on the public procurement site has placed a tender for the purchase of samples of ribonucleic acid and the synovial membrane of Russian citizens of the Europoid race.
It is there that the University of Texas is located, where human genome research has been conducted for years. In San Antonio and its environs there are training centers for military medical personnel, the College of Aerospace Medicine of the Air Force and the industrial capacities of very large companies.
The tender was published on the US government procurement website on July 18. The US Air Force needs samples of RNA molecules involved in the implementation of human genetic information, and a synovial fluid that provides mobility of the joints.
As noted in the accompanying documents to the tender, when the samples are placed at the disposal of the Training Aviation Command, the supplier is obliged to provide information on the state of health of donors.
“All freshly frozen samples of synovial tissue and RNA should come from normal donors without injuries to the musculoskeletal system.Synovial tissue and RNA samples may not correspond to each other, that is, come from different donors. All samples of synovial tissue and RNA should come from people with negative Analysis for HIV, hepatitis B, hepatitis C and syphilis.
At the time of delivery, the contractor must provide a sample identity card, indicate gender, age, nationality, diagnosis, date of surgery, diagnosis date, symptoms, smoking experience, medication taken, height, weight. ”
On July 19, changes were made to the tender. One of the main changes was the explanation that “tissue samples from Ukraine are not accepted.”
– Will you accept samples from Ukraine?
– No, all samples (synovial membrane and RNA samples) should be collected in Russia and belong to the Caucasian race. The government will not consider tissue samples from Ukraine.
A number of experts said that the Pentagon intends to acquire samples of tissues of Russian citizens of the Europoid race allegedly “for scientific purposes.” This was, in particular, stated by Konstantin Severinov, professor of the Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology and Rutgers University of the USA:
“The more you know about the genetic diversity of people, the more opportunities you have, in particular, to treat and diagnose diseases.”
Other experts questioned that the purchase of samples of Russian citizens of the Caucasian race by the US Department of Defense was undertaken with a view to “treating and diagnosing the disease.”
A military expert and former member of the UN biological weapons commission Igor Nikulin said that RNA samples can be used to develop viruses.
“New types of biological weapons are being developed, it can not be for any other reason in the military department, most likely, they can be military viruses, the US is trying to develop various types of biological weapons specifically for specific gene pool carriers, and Caucasoids are needed, since they constitute the majority Of the population of our country.
This is the same focus group to which they are trying to find the keys. It is necessary that the viruses act selectively – on those or other national groups. Part of this problem was solved by the American program “Human Genome”. It, too, was largely funded by the Pentagon. “
