US Air Force Training Command on the public procurement site has placed a tender for the purchase of samples of ribonucleic acid and the synovial membrane of Russian citizens of the Europoid race.

The tender was published on the US government procurement website on July 18. The US Air Force needs samples of RNA molecules involved in the implementation of human genetic information, and a synovial fluid that provides mobility of the joints.

A number of experts said that the Pentagon intends to acquire samples of tissues of Russian citizens of the Europoid race allegedly “for scientific purposes.” This was, in particular, stated by Konstantin Severinov, professor of the Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology and Rutgers University of the USA:

Other experts questioned that the purchase of samples of Russian citizens of the Caucasian race by the US Department of Defense was undertaken with a view to “treating and diagnosing the disease.”
A military expert and former member of the UN biological weapons commission Igor Nikulin said that RNA samples can be used to develop viruses.
