Scientists have found a way to get to sleep on time

American and Swedish scientists have proposed an effective way to fill in time. Outdoorsy weekend, according to the authors, enough to during the week to stay on time. Scientists also recommend a day to spend more time in the sunlight and in the evening to limit electric lighting.

To such conclusions researchers came from watching the 14 volunteers who had trouble sleeping. Nine of them on the weekend, went Hiking on nature, and five stayed at home. It turned out that on weekdays the first managed to restore the sleep mode, and the second is not.

Scientists believe that the circadian rhythms of the person, in particular, time is bedtime, defines the impact levels of melatonin in the pineal body and blood. To change quantities of this hormone, in turn, depends on the lighting: normal night it needs to be higher than the day
