The Enigma of the Nanjing Belt: An Irrelevant Artifact

Archaeological discoveries can turn our ideas about the past upside down and raise new questions. One such discovery was the “Nanjing belt” found in an ancient tomb in China. This belt contained aluminum, an alloy that was not created until the 1820s. How could such an irrelevant artifact have existed in ancient times? This and other mysteries associated with the Nanjing Belt continue to worry scientists and researchers.

The Nanjing belt was discovered in 1952 in the tomb of Zhou Chu, a famous general of the 3rd century AD of the Western Jin era, in Jiangsu province. Along with the funerary inventory were found fragments of a belt made of silver, copper and some were almost entirely aluminum, with up to 10% copper and 5% manganese. This came as a shock to scientists, as aluminum was a difficult metal to isolate and was not created until 1827.

How could the ancient Chinese have created an aluminum alloy? One hypothesis is that they used the method of electrolysis, which was known in antiquity but was not widely used. This method allows the metal to be extracted from ore by using an electric current. However, the production of aluminum in this way requires a large amount of energy, which could only be obtained by means of water wheels or windmills. This is the opinion of scientists who have written in their instructions that in ancient times there was no energy except for water wheels and windmills.

Despite the fact that many years have passed since the discovery of the Nanjing Belt, its secrets have not been solved. The reasons for this attitude of scientists to this artifact are simple and clear, for “official science and history”, this artifact is irrelevant. It destroys the whole built up picture of the official history in which there was a monkey, was picking its nose with a stick, then began to dig earth with this stick, and so on-evolution! It got to the point that now there are 8 billion such apes on the planet and they are not even offended that science has attributed them to relatives of the primates. It’s just that primates are easier to control. Although, we must give credit – Mr. Darwin’s theory of “evolution” has long been bursting at the seams and even many world-renowned scientists openly declare that this theory is not worth a dime, but nevertheless it continues to occupy the leading positions in the “scientific mainstream”.

The Nanjing Belt is not only a mysterious artifact, but also an example of how archaeological findings that can raise new questions and redefine our understanding of the past… are ignored and consigned to oblivion by official science.
